FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating patients with stomach cancer. Substance of the invention consists in the fact that a surgery involves vascular clamping of splenic veins, thereby avoiding blood outflow from a spleen. In a splenic artery, a catheter is inserted and fixed to introduce therethrough 5- fluorouracil 1000 mg/m2, leucovorin 100 mg/m2 and heparin 2500 units. Then, the catheter is cut off, and the chemopreparation is kept in the splenic vessels during the surgical procedure. 30 min later, the vascular clamps of the splenic veins are removed; blood is released that is followed with a chemosanation procedure of a patient's blood channels, and the spleen is extracted according to the evolved operative plan.
EFFECT: invention allows higher clinical effectiveness ensured by higher anticancer efficacy of the chemopreparations when incubated with splenic autoblood, nonspecific immunity stimulation by the factors containing in a splenic blood channel.
