FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for intraoperative parametre programming of a speech processor of a cochlear implantation system. Speech processor setting is executed by intraoperative stapedial reflex records obtained under anaesthesia. If a bispectral index is 70 points and higher, a stimulus value is varied consistently in all the channels of the cochlear implantation system. Upon reaching a reflex threshold, increasing a stimulation level on this channel is stopped.
EFFECT: method allows optimising a setting process of the speech processor of cochlear implantation system.
