SUBSTANCE: pocket rescue rope lifting-lowering device in case of fire in skyscrapers relates to individual rescue devices in various situations, and can also be used by tourists and mountaineers. Pocket rescue rope lifting-lowering device in case of fire in skyscrapers contains pulley with reeled on it rope with hook, and pulley is fastened on axis, displaced outside pulley groove contour, and fixed to end of L-shaped case. To the other end of L-shaped case fixed is belt, and to pulley fixed is lever, on whose end fixed is axis with grip rotating on it. To L-shaped case fixed is handle. By rotation of all hinged elements rescue device is folded into small size fitting into pocket.
