FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for small-diametre deep bore electric charge machining and electrochemical broaching. Proposed device comprises strut with support, jig bush and guides accommodating slide with spindle, and electrode-tool clamped in spindle an arranged jig bush, as well as assembly to limit axial deflection of electrode-tool. The latter assembly represents a moving support fitted in guide struts to interact with slide and support, and a spring with its ends secured on support and moving support coaxially with electrode-tool. Note here that aforesaid spring is enclosed in dielectric envelopment and fitted to be connected to adjustable current source. Slide and support are furnished with retainers of moving support.
EFFECT: limiting axial deviations of long electrodes-tools, higher efficiency and surface quality of bores.
