FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. Proposed method consists in that AC signal is fed to rail line on feed end for it to be received and registered on reception end. Besides, signal from adjacent track line generator is also received at reception end. Track occupancy is registered when train enters feed end of track and track clearing is registered when train passes by feed end of adjacent track, with due allowance for compliance between voltages at reception end from first and second generators, and for occupancy of the next track. Proposed device comprises track generators (1, 12), rail lines (13, 14), matching elements (5-7), equivalent resistors of cable lines (4, 8, and 9), limiting resistors (2, 11), band filter (27), rectifier (28), rectifier filter (29), ADC (30), PROM (31). Proposed device additionally comprises second band filter (32), second rectifier (33), second rectifier filter (34), second ADC (35), amplifier (36), and track relay (3, 10, 41).
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
