FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and may be used for traffic control. Proposed device comprises generator 1 with its output connected via limiting resistor 2 to input of first transformer 3 and, via cable line 4 and matching transformer 6 to left end of track 8 with its right end connected via matching transformer 7 and cable line 5 to input of track occupancy right control unit 34. Output of transducer 3 is connected to first input of switching device 9 with its first output connected to input A of first register 10 with its output connected to PROM input A. Output of PROM 11 is connected to input A of second register 12 with its input C connected to switched contact of locomotive relay 13 with its common contact connected to supply pole. Locomotive relay normal contact is connected to second input of switching device 9 with its second output connected to PROM input B.

EFFECT: higher reliability of control.
