FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in radiating particles of mineral stock distributed in layer of 1-3 mm with laser and in control over modes of fast heating and cooling by changing parametres of laser radiation. Distribution of particles of mineral raw stock in the layer is controlled by means of a disperser-cut-off plate, while fast heating and cooling are facilitated by control over linear velocity of motion of conveyer belt with heat resistant coating. Over the conveyer belt there is arranged a bar with spaced sources of laser radiation effecting gold-containing high-clayey mineral raw stock distributed on a moving conveyer belt with heat resistant coating. Linear velocity of conveyer belt motion is determined depending on amount of power of laser radiation sources; while region of focusing of laser radiation sources is chosen depending on set parametres of power of laser radiation sources. Further, dispersed gold is separated from barren rock.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of mineral raw stock processing at fragmentation of extraction of dispersed gold containing mineral associations.
