FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of ultrafine and colloidal-ionic precious inclusions from mineral raw material and technogenic products. A method involves supply of initial raw material to a substrate and its processing by laser emission with intensity sufficient for their high-speed heating. Processing is performed by complex initiation of full defragmentation processes by melting without any evaporation, with further thermocapillary high-level extraction of precious inclusions at their agglomeration till dimensions that are sufficient for detection and extraction by gravitational methods. Optimum intensity of a laser emission source, its operating mode, supply speed of raw material to the substrate and speed of its movement in the laser emission area is set depending on the level of the most complete remelting of initial raw material, which is determined as per brightness of digital images of recorded transverse profiles of scattered emission. A plant for the method's implementation has a digital camera with a slot-type collimator to determine brightness of digital images of recorded transverse profiles of scattered emission and a personal computer feedback device.
EFFECT: enlarging a mineral raw material base for extraction of fine-grained gold and other precious metals.
