FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method of converting weakly-formalised documents involves lexicological synthesis of the document, formation of a document index sequence which defines the number of forms of the document and the arbitrary number of reference words selected from a lexicological tree of the formed document with addition of the entered non-unified information, fixing the index sequence, compressing the index sequence, creating an information packet of the document, storing it in computer memory, subsequent reconstruction of the document, where the information packet is read, restoring the initial state of the index sequence by applying a procedure opposite the compression procedure and then reconstructing the formed document based on the obtained index sequence through successive passage through established branches of the lexicological tree of the document with reconstruction of the required reference words in order to introduce required formulations in the document formed during reconstruction.
EFFECT: reduced volume of weakly-formalised documents during storage in computer memory.
