SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to the stages, at which selection is made with the help of the online service user interface of the type of the document created from a blank sheet based on the user's responses, which are fragments of the document; sequential display of blocks of questions with an explanatory part, including the opening of reference materials and the rule of law in the modal window of the online service, and fields for inputting answers or selecting answer options in the required and sufficient number to form the document body in full; synchronization of the user's answers with the body of the created document in the form of patterns with the possibility of returning to the question and editing the previously entered answer; created document fragments post-processing with the programmed possibility of their arrangement in the logical sequence in the document body; final formation of the finished electronic document from the body of documents in any format supported by the online service with further storage, transmission in electronic form or printing on paper.

EFFECT: possibility of automated creation of one document or several interrelated documents with multiple versions of their filling.
