FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: stationary control point, a vehicle, a traffic light control unit, traffic lights and a stationary post are used during control. The stationary control point has a computer, an input unit, a monitor with a digital navigation map, image control apparatus and a remote communication unit. The navigation unit of the vehicle has a processor, a satellite receiver, a digital display, nonvolatile memory, a block of sensors and actuating devices, a block of emergency buttons and an identification mark. The navigation unit installed in the traffic light control unit has a processor, a remote communication unit, a satellite receiver, nonvolatile memory, a block of sensors and actuating devices, a switch and lighting devices of the traffic lights. The navigation unit installed on the stationary post has a remote communication unit, a processor, a satellite receiver, nonvolatile memory, a block of sensors and actuating devices and a reader. The reader includes a drive oscillator, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, a power amplifier and a phase detector. The identification mark includes a piezoelectric crystal, a microstrip antenna, electrodes, two buses and a set of reflectors. The remote communication unit includes a drive oscillator, a phase-shift keyer, a modulating code generator, two mixers, two heterodynes, a first intermediate frequency amplifier, two power amplifiers, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, a second intermediate frequency amplifier, a multiplier, band-pass filter and a phase detector.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the method and device of controlling vehicles by using duplex radio communication, two frequencies, phase-shift keyed composite signals and identification marks.
