FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely, to methods and complexes for treatment of grain, seeds or fruit and vegetable crops with ozone. Method includes placement of perforated pipe with size of holes increasing in direction of ozone-gas mixture movement, in mass of grain, seeds or fruit and vegetable crops prior to their treatment, enclosed in a closed space. Primary treatment is carried out by blowing of ozone-gas mixture through perforated pipe. This mixture is produced by mixing of ozone-oxygen mixture with carrier gas. Mass of grain, seeds or fruit and vegetable crops is created by formation of fill or stack of fruit and vegetable crops. As fill of grain, seeds, fruit and vegetable crops or stack of fruit and vegetable crops is formed, a perforated pipe is arranged in them horizontally at equal distance from edges of fill or stack. Closed space is created by covering fill or stack with jacket made of elastic gas impermeable material, following its shape, to form an air gap between jacket and fill or stack. Then lower part of jacket is fixed, rounding perimetre of fill or stack base, providing for its tight adjacency to surface, on which fill or stack is located. Ozone-gas mixture supply into closed space and extraction of secondary ozone-gas mixture for repeated use are carried out along flexible elastic ozone-resistant supply and discharge sleeves passing through holes provided in jacket material, edges of which tightly adjoin sleeves. On completion of ozonisation process, jacket of elastic gas impermeable material is removed, and grain, seeds, fruit and vegetable crops or stack of fruit and vegetable crops are dried by active ventilation through perforated pipes. Complex comprises perforated pipe arranged in mass of grain, seeds or fruit and vegetable crops enclosed in closed space, ozonising device, discharge pipe communicated with exhaust fan, device of ozone mixing with atmospheric air, device for preparation of secondary ozone-gas mixture and destructor.
EFFECT: using group of inventions makes it possible to improve efficiency of grain, seeds and fruit and vegetable crops treatment with ozone.
