SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for drying grain crops in the mound with active ventilation with the gradual loading of a granary. Method of drying and actively ventilating the grain involves actively ventilating the grain during the layer-by-layer loading of grain into the storage, and the grain layers are loaded along the storage end at an angle of repose. Ventilation is carried out at vacuum pressure due to excess air removal above the inflow. Air intake for the intake system is carried out in the upper part of the storage near the roof, and the exhaust coolant is removed by air exhaust ducts with independent fans. Standalone fans have humidity sensors that continuously monitor the humidity of the exhaust coolant, with the ability to turn off the fans when the required humidity of the exhaust air is reached.
EFFECT: invention provides improved removal of moisture from the grain and reduced energy consumption through the use of solar energy and disconnecting some of the autonomous fans.
