SUBSTANCE: invention relates to entertainment and recreation facilities. Amusement ride comprises driving and bypass stations comprising frames with stands. Driving rope unit is fixed at stand of driving station and is joined with drive of its rotation, and bypass rope unit is installed at stand of bypass station. A rope is reeved in strands of units, ends of which are joined to each other, at that the rope forms a closed loop to create upper and lower branches. Cross beam is connected hingedly to stand of bypass station with one end, and other end of cross beam is equipped with bypass unit enclosed by lower branch of rope at the bottom. Weight that creates force of rope branches opening due to tension and pulling of lower rope branch is suspended on cross beam, and suspension with units resting against upper and lower rope branches is installed in rope branches. A chair is hingedly joined to suspension, a pusher is fixed in front of chair on lower branch of rope, and pusher is arranged with the possibility of its interaction with suspension. Joint of rope ends is located between pusher and cross beam. Device of automatic drive disconnection is installed on frame of driving station and is arranged with the possibility of its contact with chair suspension and lower branch of rope in process of its pulling and sagging below specified height.
