FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to rotor-type impact crushers. Crusher comprises housing accommodating rotor fitted on vertical shaft running in top and bottom bearings, and cover and with material loading opening. Crushing chamber housing is secured on bearing frame. Cover is furnished with guide branch pipe arranged in nearby said material loading opening. Cover inner surface accommodates disk-like casing with ring. Ring lower edge surrounds rotor top zone. Rotor represents a drum comprising top disk with material inlet holes, bottom solid disk and accelerating guides with replaceable end blades arranged there between. Solid bottom disk is furnished with flange to joint rotor to vertical shaft top support. Vertical shaft runs in top radially-elastic and bottom gasostatic bearing that comprises thrust bearing made up of spherical layer rigidly coupled with the shaft and provided with journal articulated with mechanical transmission to the drive. Thrust bearing interacts with spherical thrust beating of support frame furnished with central branch pipe and accommodating mechanical transmission of vertical shaft drive and whereto air feed system is connected. Top stage embraces the rotor and incorporates inner tangential beaters that form peripheral bins to retain crushed material. Crusher chamber lower stage bottom has crushed material discharge hole.
EFFECT: uniform crushing.
