FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning parts in liquid, and pertains to method of hydro cavitation cleaning of parts and device to this end. Parts to be cleaned are placed in bath with detergent at the depth of, at least, 1 m, and are revolved. At least, two high-pressure cavitation pulsating jet flows are generated to be directed to the part at different angles. The part is revolved at 1-10 rev/s. Parts are cleaned by cavitation pulsating jet flows in flow pulsation frequency range of 10 to 10000 Hz. Proposed device comprises bath with washing fluid, accumulating reservoir, washing fluid feed gate valve, pump, pipeline, washing fluid heating temperature control device, cavitation exciter, cavitator adjustment mechanism, control unit and motor with its axle supporting cleaned part. Control unit outputs are connected with cavitator adjustment mechanism control inputs and with pump control input. Besides, proposed device comprises temperature pickup, contaminated fluid settler, fluid coarse and fine filters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of part surface cleaning.
