FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in assembling threaded joints. Proposed method comprises pre-tightening, converting mechanical oscillations into electric signal, recording joint quality parametre and final tightening to reference quality parametre. In producing the joint, threaded joint is hammered on. Logarithmic decrement of joint oscillation is used as quality parametre.
EFFECT: higher quality of threaded joints.
