FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly, to eggs transfer. Proposed method comprises counting eggs in preset time interval on each conveyor and summing efficiency of each conveyor. Proceeding from summation results, conveyor speed is corrected after completing conveyor loading cycle. Conveyor speed signal is measured to set up its rated, tolerable maximum and minimum magnitudes, and measured and set magnitudes are compared. Comparison results are used to adjust conveyor speed. Specific cost of drive consumed power is set. Note here that, additionally, signals of percentage of calcium and magnesium in food, and egg weight are generated as well as conveyor speed signal. Generated signal of conveyor speed is periodically carried in between tolerable minimum and maximum magnitudes of speed signal. Depending upon variable generated speed signal, total costs of eggs lost in transportation and conveyor drive consumed power are calculated. Conveyor speed signal corresponding to minimum value of said costs is compared with measured conveyor speed signal. Comparison results are used to adjust conveyor speed. Proposed device comprises poultry type, breed, line, cross and age signal setter, that of tolerable conveyor speed maximum and minimum, conveyor speed transducer, electric power specific cost setter, counter of eggs on conveyor, device to generate signal of amount of eggs in unit of time at conveyor intake and discharge sides, computer, control unit, conveyor speed controller and conveyor drive. Note here that device comprises additionally, setter of signal of percentage of calcium and magnesium in poultry feed, that of conveyor and speed and egg weight signal setter. Outputs of said setting device are connected to computer inputs.
EFFECT: reduced costs of eggs transportation and losses of eggs.
