FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifriction materials used in friction assemblies, in slide bearings, as well as in structural materials for rotary turbine shafts and oil drilling systems. The nanocomposite antifriction polymer material is in form of a composite which contains 0.2-4.0 pts. Wt concentrate - mixture of 0.1-2.0 pts. Wt powdered polypropylene and 0.1-2.0 pts. Wt powdered nano-clay, taken in ratio of 1:1, and 100 pts. wt binder - powdered polypropylene or polyethylene.
EFFECT: invention improves physical and mechanical properties such as elasticity, fluidity and tensile strength, tribological properties and ensures low brittleness of the material.
