FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a solid lubricating composition containing a powdered polymer, an antifriction filler and additive, at that, it is obtained by mixing the said components in a vibrating mill, wherein the powdered polymer is used as a carrier, and the polymer-carrier is selected from powdered heat-resistant polymers, such as polyphenylene sulphide and polyetheretherketone, as antifriction filler use is made of molybdenum disulphide, graphite or their mixture, and as an additive - self-lubricating polymer selected from a group containing polytetrafluoroethylene and ultrahigh molecular polyethylene with the following ratio of components, MP: powdered polymer-carrier - 70-25; antifriction filler - 29.9-70; self-lubricating polymer - 0.1-5.
EFFECT: creation of a solid heat-resistant lubricating composition which ensures a low friction coefficient and increased wear resistance in a wide temperature range.
