FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: red bilberries are washed, inspected, ground and juiced. Bilberry juice and sugar (dosaged) are mixed and stirred during 5-6 min. 96.6 %(vol) rectified ethanol and table mineral water, such as "Pyatigorskaya"(dosaged) are mixed and stirred during 5-6 sec. Then blending is performed so that alcohol concentration in the blend is 6%. Then the beverage is poured into containers, packaged and labelled.
EFFECT: production of a high quality beverage with a high biological value, a pleasant flavour and a refreshing tonic action combined with storage stability enhancement.
