SUBSTANCE: wine beverage is produced by way of blending fermented raspberry wine material, 70-75% ethanolic rosehip extract in an amount of 10-40% of the wine material volume, drinking water in an amount of 40-60% of the wine material volume and sugar syrup till sugars weight concentration is equal to 60±0.5 g/dm3.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new natural wine beverage based on fermented wine material of raspberries with a rosehip extract; the beverage has a pleasant spicy taste of raspberries, an insignificant rosehip savour, a prolonged pleasant aftertaste and high biological value.
