FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: series of independent measurements are taken in order to estimate current temperature or parametres of radiation. Concentration of carriers is changed at least one of its regions, and the reason for such change is partially or completely eliminated, wherein parametres which reflect the behaviour of change and/or partial or complete restoration of concentration are measured, and the temperature or parametres of the radiation are determined therefrom. The disclosed method is meant for cheap single or matrix receivers which are super-resistant to different types of external effects.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
