FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices and methods of diagnosing state of cardiovascular system. Device for transmitting information about parametres, characterising state of cardiovascular system includes mobile terminal, containing module for measuring changing in time parametres, which characterise state of said system, unit of signal processing and unit of message formation. Module contains at least one bearing surface intended for contacting with body and/or extremities of said organism, or at least one cavity, intended for placing in it parts of extremities of the latter, as well as optoelectronic sensor for measuring changing in time parametres, characterising movement of blood in tissues of said organism. Sensor irradiates tissues with various flows if irradiation with various spectral composition with cyclic repetition. Irradiator of optoelectronic sensor is made in form of light-emitting diode which includes at least one crystal with p-n transition, made with possibility of irradiation in infra-red spectrum area and at least one crystal with p-n transition, made with possibility of irradiation in visible spectrum area with their independent commutation. Module has possibility to perform separate measurements of passed and/or reflected from said tissues and/or disseminated by such parts of said different flows.

EFFECT: method of measuring changing in time parametres, which characterise blood movement in tissues of organism, lies in the following: tissues are X-rayed and/or illuminated in continuous and/or pulse modes with flows of initial irradiation, and a number of series is carried out, consisting of more than two measurements and/or evaluations of energy parametres of either, either passed through said tissues part of irradiation or reflected from such and/or disseminated by such, or, either passed through said tissues part of irradiation and initial irradiation, or the latter and reflected from said tissues and/or disseminated by such parts of irradiation, and mainly during different measurements and/or evaluations of series prevalence in initial irradiation of electromagnetic waves with various spectral composition with cyclic repetition is provided, and mainly during part of measurements and/or evaluations of different series prevalence in initial irradiation of electromagnetic waves of the same spectral composition is provided.
