FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when obtaining stable suspensions of isopropanol slurry on polyvinylbutyral bonding material from nanopowder of solid electrolyte (for example YSZ) and other components of elements of electrochemical devices with addition of dispersant during formation of elements by means of tape casting procedure. As dispersants it is proposed to use medical product - fish oil in quantity of 0.6-1.0 mg/m2 of nanopowder surface and esterified polyacrylic acids (EPAC) with esterification degrees (ED) of 0.42 and 0.50 and molecular weight of 10000 Da and 3700 Da respectively, in quantity of 0.8-1.2 mg/m2 of nanopowder surface. EPAC obtaining method was implemented by interaction of polyacrylic acids with triethyl orthoformiate at 150°C and required mole ratios.
EFFECT: obtaining stable suspension capable for casting of thin films of solid electrolyte and other components of thin-film elements of high-temperature electrochemical devices, and the effect of the invention is improvement of their specific characteristics.
