SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a slurry composition for producing dense ceramics for solid electrolytes based on stabilized zirconium oxide, which can be used in electrochemical devices, such as fuel cells, electrolyzers, oxygen concentrators, etc. Slurry composition for producing a ceramic electrolyte contains zirconium oxide-based solid electrolyte powder, isopropyl alcohol as a solvent, fish oil as a dispersant, polyvinyl butyral – as a binder, and polyethylene glycol – as a plasticiser, wherein the slurry contains a solid electrolyte powder of composition 90 mol.% ZrO2 + 6 mol.% Sc2O3 + 4 mol.% Y2O3 of a coarse fraction of 10–45 mcm and a fine fraction of up to 10 mcm in a weight ratio of 7:3, a mixture of fish oil and oleic acid as a dispersant, a mixture of polyvinyl butyral “ПШ-1” and polyvinyl butyral “ЛА” – as a binder, mixture of polyethylene glycol “ПЭГ-200” and dioctyl sebacate – as a plasticiser, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: solid electrolyte powder – 38, fish oil – 1.2, oleic acid – 0.6, polyvinyl butyral “ПШ-1” – 4.4, polyvinyl butyral “ЛА” – 3.0, polyethylene glycol “ПЭГ-200” – 1.9, dioctyl sebacate – 1.9, isopropyl alcohol – 49.

EFFECT: shorter time for preparing the slurry, as well as excluding highly toxic dibutyl phthalate from its composition.
