SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurology. Test on memorising 12 words and speech fluency is carried out. Spectral power of EEG of delta and teta ranges before and after 20-minute loading from 10 to 13 o'clock on fatigue with test of symbol-digit replacement and Burdon's correction test in patients before and after 3-month therapy. If spectral power in frontal and central leads decrease by more than 14% and points increase by 2 and more points in tests on memorising 12 words and speech fluency after loading on fatigue in comparison with data before therapy, conclusion about its efficiency is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining efficiency of therapy with antidimentia medications in case of Alzheimer's diseases at the earliest stages of treatment.
