FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive compositions and can be used in mining or ammunition which ensure demolition and thermal effect on the attacked objects. The composition contains a liquid energy component - 25-60 wt % isopropyl nitrate and metallic fuel - mixture of magnesium and aluminium or aluminium-magnesium alloy in ratio between 75/25 and 25/75 in amount of 75-40 wt %. In order to increase heat-resistance, the composition can also contain diphenylamine in amount of 0.5-1.0 wt % (over 100) and polymer materials in amount of 3-12 wt % (over 100) in order to increase segmentation stability.
EFFECT: obtaining simple composition with good characteristics on demolition and thermal effects, density, operating temperature range, chemical and physical stability, as well as having simple manufacturing technology.
