SUBSTANCE: device consists of working tool secured on lower plate, of upper plate whereto there is secured unit of connection to traction device, of case, in lower part of which there is attached plate with working tool, while unit of connection to traction device is fixed to upper part. The working tool is made as a hollow cone with two flexible overlapping leaves arranged one after another; the leaves have discharge openings.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of cleaning and reliability of device operation.
