FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has rod with cowl on lower end, connected to rod with possible rotation, cleaning element, weight and connection assembly for connection to flexible traction part with ring-shaped groove for catcher tool. Rod is made whole along length. Cowl has form of round sharp-end cone directed downwards. Cleaning element is made in form of at least two longitudinal elements of hollow cylinder with thickness from 0.5 to 10 mm, formed from longitudinal cuts along whole height of cylinder. Each longitudinal cleaning element through radial walls is rigidly connected to pipe-like bushing, placed on the rod with possible rotation. Longitudinal cuts along cylinder height, forming up cleaning elements, are made with slant to its longitudinal axis. Upper and lower end edges of cleaning elements are made with slant to horizontal plane. Radial walls along length are bent adequately to slant of longitudinal cylinder se4ctions. All edges of cleaning elements are made with sharpening from inside so that sharp edges were projected to outer surface. Weight is rigidly and coaxially fixed on upper end of rod. Connection assembly for connection to flexible traction part and ring-shaped groove for catcher tool are made at upper end of weight. During downward movement under own weight sharp edges of scraper perform longitudinal cutting of paraffin from inner walls of lifting column during concurrent rotation of scraper. Scraper rotation is provided for by making longitudinal and end cutting edges with slant and making radial walls bent along length adequately to slant of longitudinal cuts of cylinder. Ascending flow of bed liquid, raising through flow channels of scraper, carries cut mass of paraffin to surface. During raising of scraper on flexible traction part in upward direction it works analogically, as during downward movement. As a result of raising and lowering of scraper paraffin is cut with concurrent rotary movement of scraper. Inside paraffin-loaded range of lifting column cylindrical channel is formed having circular cross-section with smooth wall surface, to slow down process of following precipitation of paraffin in this range during oil extraction.
EFFECT: higher manufacturability.
