FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises case 1 to make a weight-giving substance. Identical top and bottom scrapers 2, 3 are secured at the ends of said case 1. Scrapers 2, 3 comprise first cutting head 7, 8 secured at the end of appropriate bar 4 connected with case 1 and second cutting hear 9, 10 secured at opposite end of bar 4. Cutting heads 7-10 are made of polyamide and include case 11 secured to turn about the rod. Blades 12 are secured at case 11 at definite angle to its lengthwise axis. Paired cutting heads 7, 9 (8, 10) are secured at appropriate bar 4 and spaced apart thereon to run in opposite directions. Lengthwise cross-section of blade 12 is a parallelogram. Smaller sides 14 of said parallelogram are parallel with lengthwise axis of case 11. Blade working edge 15 is the intersection of planes extending through both sides of parallelogram to make the acute angle β. Cutting heads 7, 9 have five blades 12. Cutting heads 8, 10 have four blades 12. Cutting heads 7-10 can displace in rotational axis from 3 to 8 mm.
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning, decreased accident rate.
