FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method involves development of coal bed with chambers by means of hydraulic mining and by using drilling machines. Wells are drilled from the main air gate to ventilation air gate. Hydraulic monitor with a head piece is inserted into wells and coal extraction is started in down-dip chambers. As far as coal is extracted and after drilling operations are completed, methane is evacuated and supplied to the surface through the wells remained in the pillar under ventilation air gate from the worked out area and ventilation air gate from the pipe installed in capital connection strap. Developments of the main level are ventilated owing to local ventilation fan by using portable tight straps.

EFFECT: improving efficiency and safety of mining operations.
