FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit (102 ) of insertion is built in into case (104) of adjusting valve (100). The said unit consists of bushing (132), insertion (134) and stop element (136). The bushing has external surface (142) and internal surface (144) forming an orifice. External surface (142) is positioned inside section of the valve case. Insertion (134) slides inside orifice of bushing (132). Stop element (136) contacts insertion (134), thus fixing it inside the bushing when replaced. There are versions of design of the insertion unit for the adjusting valve, of the proper adjusting valve with the insertion unit and also of procedure of replaceable setting of device for protection of outlet section of the case of the adjusting valve.
EFFECT: simplified assembly and disassembly of insertion unit of adjusting valve increasing service life of valve in whole.
