FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hinge of equal angular speeds with direct fastening of gear, in particular to high-speed hinge of equal angular speeds with direct attachment of gear shaft and cover for this shaft. Hinge (100) of such assembly comprises inner cage (104), outer cage (102), multiple balls (106) and separator (108). Inner cage (104) is rotatably connected to bushing (110) having inner axially section (112), intermediate section (116) and axial direction outer section (114). From intermediate section (116) of bushing (110) in the circumferential direction stop (136) moves away. At least part (136) of stop contact with end of inner cage (104). Outer diameter of stop (136) of bushing defines contact surface in direct contact with at least part of separator (108) when hinge is turned to maximum angle of joint. A stepped section (137) is located outside in axial direction from the stop. Shaft (168) is rotatably connected to the inner surface of the cavity made in bushing (110) outer axially direction. First end (188) of case (186) is connected to external surface of outer cage (102), and second end (194) of cover is connected to outer surface of axially outer section (114) of bushing (110).

EFFECT: creation of a hinge of equal speeds providing a larger angle of the joint, which has a longer service life and which requires lower expenditures during manufacture.
