FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises valve body with fluid flow channel, valve holder arranged therein and having wall with inner and outer surfaces. Said inner surface confines holder channel while wall has, at least, one flow passage with multiple orifices, each extending between inner and outer surface to constrict axis of orifice extending through the wall. Every axis of orifice is located at right angle to base plane perpendicular to holder channel axis while every through orifice is spaced from adjacent through orifice. Note here that, at least, one through orifice represents a slit with lengthwise axis extending in circle relative to the wall, and valve plug axially sliding in holder channel.
EFFECT: perfected design.
