FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of coating materials such as primer, dye, lacquer and phyto sanitary substances, etc. Revolving atomiser incorporates air manifold. The latter is arranged at flow surface inlet part to force air to flow surface central area in radial and axial directions. Said air manifold can be connected with sprayer. Material spraying process uses revolving atomiser. Proposed method comprises coat material feed to sprayer. Besides, air is forced in area located radially inside the volume confined by flow surface with the help of air manifold located at sprayer flow surface inlet part. Then, one or several airflows in continuous, alternating or cyclic modes in air forced feed means are selected.
EFFECT: better adhesion of coat material, decreased fouling of bowl components.
