FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: device includes external compressor-compensating unit of air cooling with fan, which is arranged in container with inlet opening which is located in lower part of front wall of container, and outlet opening which is located in upper part of front container wall. At that, compressor-condensing unit is located in container with an offset towards its rear wall and oriented with fan outlet towards the side of upper container part. Besides, air conditioning device includes controller the temperature sensor of which is arranged inside compressor-condensing unit at the fan air outlet, and controller outlet is connected to servo drives of louvres.
EFFECT: higher reliability, energy efficiency of operation of conditioners, mainly at low temperature of ambient air.
