FIELD: heating; ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in floor heating systems of buildings and structures. Floor heating system of buildings and structures comprises base (1), heat-insulating layer (4), floor coating (9) and refrigerating unit with compressor-control unit (10), evaporation unit and condenser unit. Evaporation unit is made in the form of coil (3) and is placed together with heat-distributing plates (2) on base (1) of floor under heat-insulating layer (4). Condenser unit is made in the form of coil (7) and is placed together with heat-distributing plates (6) on heat-insulating layer (4) under floor covering (5), (9). Compressor-control unit (10) comprises compressor (14) with inverter drive, heat exchanger (11) with coolant temperature regulator (15) at its outlet, condensation pressure regulator (12), coolant boiling pressure regulator (16). Compressor-control unit (10) is placed in a heated room equipped with a heating system and a system for automatic control of air temperature inside the room by changing the heat output of the heating system. Heating system comprises air or water circuit of heat transfer to heated room, boilers on hydrocarbon types of fuel, air heaters and external units of air conditioning systems.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption by return of heat losses inside the building.
