FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. The multizone central air conditioning system with a variable flow rate of coolant implementing the method of its operation on the basis of the steam compression refrigerator comprises the external unit in the housing of which the remote compressor and condenser unit or the remote condenser with the air heat exchanger and the fan is installed, and the air heat exchanger is fitted with, at least, one infrared heater connected with the control unit to which the air temperature sensor in the housing of the external block, and the coolant temperature sensor downstream the air heat exchanger are connected.
EFFECT: method allows to improve efficiency and reliability of operation of multizone central air conditioning system with the variable coolant flow rate, and also to provide a possibility of simultaneous operation in various premises of a part of internal units for cooling, and another part - for heating in the thermal pump mode.
