FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed coil comprises closed case with fluid filler wherein optical fibre coil is arranged. Used fluid featured density equal to weighed mean density of fibre materials and that of fibre shell used to ensure hydrostatic suspension of fibre coil in fluid filler. Said case is closed by compensating device made up of bellows or membrane. Fibre coil is secured inside the case by elastic elements to allow is to displace along coil axis. Note that said case represents a sealed circular shell.

EFFECT: reduced strains caused by vibration, impact and temperature variations, higher accuracy and stability.
