FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of investigated oil sample, preparation of nutrient medium, containing glucose, yeast extract, sea salt and distilled water, introduction of investigated sample of oil into nutrient medium, mixing, sterilisation and cooling of produced mix, adding test-organism Tetrahymena pyriformis in it, subsequent thermostatting for reproduction of microorganisms, shaking of sample medium for aeration 3 times per day at equal time intervals and fixation of microorganisms by Lugol's solution. Reference oil sample is made, for this purpose unrefined oil is taken, and into nureient medium in amount of 5 ml they add 30 ml of investigated sample and 30 ml of reference oil sample, sterilisation is carried out at temperature of 80°C, test-organism Tetrahymena pyriformis is introduced in amount of 0.2 ml, and thermostatting for reproduction of microorganisms after addition of test-organism Tetrahymena pyriformis is carried out for 3 days at the temperature of 25°C, after fixation of microorganisms by Lugol's solution, microorganisms are counted in Gorjaev's chamber and safety (B) in percents. Nutrient medium additionally contains oil solution of vitamin E with concentration of 30%.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy and validity of results of detection of vegetable oil safety.
