FIELD: microbiological industry, helminthology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of artificial nutrient medium that is applied on solid inert carrier. Nutrient medium consists of the following components, %: soybean flour, 16; vegetable oil, 5; beer yeast, 1; water, 50; porolon crumbles, 8. Inoculation of pure culture of symbiotic bacteria and monoxenous culture of nematode to nutrient medium is carried simultaneously and with additional addition of dibazol (2- benzylbenzimidazole) as an adaptogen taken in concentration 1 x 10-9 g/ml of artificial nutrient medium. Tanks with nutrient medium are incubated at 20-28 C for 20-30 days and nematode culture is isolated by its washing out from porolon crumbles. The yield of nematode biomass is 920 000 of invasion larvae from 1 g of nutrient medium. Index of entomopathogenic activity of nematodes LD50 = 22.0 ± 2.7. Addition of dibazol to nutrient medium promotes to increase organisms resistance to unfavorable culturing conditions at combined inoculation. EFFECT: improved method of nematode biomass preparing, increased yield. 2 tbl, 1 ex
