FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: observation ranges are selected on the river, starting from river source and setting at least one permanent or temporary range of observations on the territory of river source, then from the first observations range distances are measured to subsequent observation ranges along river, which are arranged within a city or a settlement, as well as downstream and upstream. At least one permanent or temporary observation range is also set in river mouth. Having analysed water samples to assess results of measurements in dynamics along main river bed, there results of measurements are exposed to statistic modelling to detect biotechnical laws in change of contaminants concentration in river water depending on distance from the first observation range in river source, by values of increment towards river mouth with each observation range taken into account in measurements.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of measurements of river contamination with waste waters and higher accuracy of relation of these measurements results to river bed from source to mouth.
