SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. A combine harvester comprises a harvester, an inclined chamber, a device for pre-threshing of grain, a threshing unit and a screen-air cleaning facility. The pre-threshing device is arranged in the form of two upper and two lower rolls installed in two layers. A screen and an auger for grain discharge are located under the lower rolls. Each pair of the upper and lower rolls has a drive and threshing-separating elements in the form of curvilinear blades. Curvilinear blades of the upper roll are arranged with equal pitch and identical distance from the axis of rotation on the cylindrical surface. Each of the specified blades is coupled with Y-shaped brackets with the roll shaft. Curvilinear blades of the lower roll are installed on the master shaft by means of hexahedral flat brackets. One of edges of curvilinear blades of the lower blades is located between edges of curvilinear blades of the upper roll. In both layers upper and lower pairs of rolls are kinematically connected by synchronising gears. The threshing-separating element of the upper roll of the second pair is installed with its peripheral edge between the longitudinal edges of the curvilinear blades of the lower roll.

EFFECT: combine harvester with pre-threshing device will provide for production of 42…46% of biologically valuable grain for seed-growing purposes.
