FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optimized control over membrane filtration unit based on membrane microcoagulation. Proposed method comprises one measurement of effluent temperature, one measurement of filtered flow rate, and one measurement of transmembrane pressure. Coagulation reagent injection is controlled when membrane permeability drops below threshold value and controlled interruption of coagulation reagent injection occurs when membrane permeability gets equal to or exceeds higher stable magnitude Lp0 before permeability drop during preset period of curing.
EFFECT: optimised period of microcoagulation, longer life of membrane.
