FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing fluid flow with great volumetric gas flow, and may be used, for example, for adding reducing agent to flue gas containing nitrogen oxides. Great volumetric gas flow runs in onto mixing plate arranged at the angle to flow direction to create flow vortices tails on plate front (windward) side. Fluid flow is directed to reflecting surface center arranged on mixing element leeward side. Fluid medium gas flow is adulterated behind mixing element. Fluid flow is directed to reflecting surface center to distribute gas flow from the center to over entire rear side of mixing element and to feed into entire vortex system formed nearby mixing element edges.
EFFECT: improved mixing.
