FIELD: meteorology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for weather forecast. Method includes selecting data on weather, including temperature data associated with time and regions. Selecting data on weather associated with area, containing location, in which there is a device using linked with multiple time moments during a certain period. By solving using information on weather as input data of differential equations expressing weather information based on models of meteorological analysis, used for simulated weather, weather information is generated in first small region associated with regions, smaller area of corresponding information on weather. Selecting data on weather in second small region relative to field, containing location devices using air from weather information in first small region. Forming accumulated temperature distribution or distribution of probabilities of excess temperature for a certain period of using temperature data contained in weather information in second small region, to calculate design temperature of device using air.
