FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers. locking dispenser to be mounted on bracket with feed valve comprising mounting cup and valve rod arranged atop the container. Support locking element may revolve between "open" and "closed" positions and has central bore, sidewall, peripheral outer surface and web closing said central bore from above and across it. Sais web comprises valve stem central bore and unlocking grooves adjoining it. Rotary support element is not secured to mounting cup to facilitate element rotation. Stationary cap is mounted on revolving support locking element to extended therefrom. Said cap has ledge to joint to mounting cap after mounting aerosol locking dispenser on container with product. After mounting dispenser on container with product, revolving support element is arranged between cap and container. Cap additionally comprises product channel element with its front part accommodating product dispensing nozzle, section of connection with valve rod arranged below the former, and product channel arranged there between and comprising tube extending upward to run from connection with rod, and tube running to said nozzle. Product channel has lateral pins to engage with web unlocking grooves when locking support element revolves in direction "IN", i.e. "not closed", and when said product channel is depressed to actuate the valve. Side pins are locked by web element when locking support element revolves in direction OUI, i.e. "closed", to prevent depressing product channel element. Cap comprises push button arranged above product channel to be depressed by user.
