EXECUTIVE DEVICE FOR AEROSOL GENERATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC B65D83/20

Abstract RU 2811201 C1

FIELD: aerosol generating devices.

SUBSTANCE: aerosol generating executive device for use with a pressurized fluid container of a type that has a valve with a stem configured to be depressed to release the contents of the container. In this case, the specified executive device contains a cap configured to be placed on the container over the stem, an actuating element located in the specified cap and containing a socket with a channel for the stem, having an inlet end configured to receive the valve stem. Moreover, the said executive device is configured to move relative to the said cap between the first position in which the valve stem is not pressed in and the second position in which the valve stem is pressed in to release the contents of the container. In this case, the said executive device includes a nozzle with an outlet hole and a channel connecting the valve stem and the said nozzle, and the said socket with a stem channel has an axis parallel to the inner surface of the socket with a stem channel, and a plurality of ribs protruding from the said inner surface of the said socket with a stem channel along the direction of the said axis to facilitate insertion of the stem into the said stem channel. Moreover, the said ribs have inclined surfaces near the specified inlet end of the said socket with a stem channel are located around the said inner surface of the said socket with a stem channel, are formed from a compressible or elastic material, have bevelled outer edges and serve to direct the valve stem into the specified socket with a stem channel. Moreover, the ribs direct the end of the valve stem into the socket with a stem channel due to the alignment of the socket with the stem channel relative to the valve stem when installing the executive device on the container. The group of inventions also relates to variants of an executive device for generating an aerosol.

EFFECT: eliminated jamming of the stem in the socket, prevented accidental release of the contents of the container, and higher operating speeds during installation; easy access to the executive device.
