SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valves used in aerosol cans. Valve assembly 200 includes housing 202 with edge 226 protruding inward and abutting against the outer surface of valve stem 220. Gas inlet 234a is provided above edge 226, and liquid inlet 212 is provided below the edge. Thus, due to edge 226, the gas flow channel and the liquid flow channel are separated from each other, until valve stem 220 moves to the open position, the fluid communication between fluid inlet 284 in the stem and fluid inlet 212 in the housing is established at that position, and also establishes fluid communication between gas inlet 286 in the stem and gas inlet 234a in the housing for mixing fluids in the outlet channel of the stem.
EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of contact between the fluid and the gasket, thereby avoiding an increase in the gasket volume, which can lead to seizure of the stem.
